Desktop display corruption is no longer seen when installing the application

Intel's E7205 chipset and an ATI Radeon™ X800 series installed
- Launching Dolphin sample
in full screen mode when the display device is set above 1600x1200 and
the wait for vertical sync option is set to off, no longer results in the
lower part of the display being corrupted

to 1600x1200 and running the Dolphin sample for approximately one minute
no longer results in corruption being seen in the ATI Display tab found
in the ATI Control Panel
