user account name, date, time, process (application) name, window title of a process and screenshot file are taken and stored.

Added: Data Groups. Screenshots. Detailed information window displays data (screenshot)
straight from StatWin, without any other application (image viewer). Double click the record to see information
or click screenshot name at shortcut menu.

Changed: Now StatWin tools do not require administrator privileges to be run under standard account.
If need be, higher privileges are requested automatically and only for tool, responsible for storing/modifying higher privilege settings.
Those privileges are granted to store/modify settings only.
