Auzentech, produttore statunitense di soluzioni audio ed in particolare di schede audio di buon livello, ha annunciato, mediante il comunicato stampa di seguito allegato, la prossima realizzazione di una nuova audio card basata sul chip-set X-FI di Creative.
La partnership con Creative ha permesso ad Auzentech di costruire la nuova scheda Auzen X-FI Prelude 7.1, votata al gaming con il supporto di EAX 5.0 e alla compatibilità con Vista in virtù della funzionalità di decodifica in tempo reale Dolby Digital Live.
La card arriverà sul mercato a fine maggio; si tratta del primo caso in cui una terza parte utilizza la tecnologia X-FI di Creative per l'implementazione di una propria scheda audio.
Santa Clara, CA -April 16, 2007: Auzentech, Inc. (www.auzentech.com), developer of the world's first Dolby Digital Live and DTS Connect PCI sound card, announces today a new sound card series based on the Creative X-FI chipset.
The Auzen X-FI Prelude 7.1 is scheduled for release near the end of May 2007. It will fully support EAX 5.0 and have the same expandability as the Auzen X-Meridian 7.1. Support for Dolby Digital Live real time encoding for Vista is scheduled for Q4 of this year.
The Auzen X-Fi Prelude marks the first time Creative has permitted a third-party soundcard vendor to use the Creative X-FI chipset in its own soundcard design.
