Fixed crash when using Image/Tile function end manually
entering a large value into the tile size edit field.

Image/Sharpen or Blurr function, increased the blurr
side of the slider range to -250, to let more blurring

When using Quick Save feature and a file path is entered
for a directory that dies not exist (or was deleted), it will now try to
re-create the directory.
